Marcelle Slobaszewski, RN, BSN, Certified Legal Nurse Consultant and President of Legal Medical Link.
After becoming a legal nurse consultant in 2013 and later founding Legal Medical Link, Marcelle committed to using her nursing expertise in serving the legal community. Since that time, law firms, insurance companies, and corporations have benefited from Legal Medical Link and helped it grow to what it is today.
Marcelle collaborates with plaintiff and defense firms as well as litigation teams throughout the entire litigation process assisting with discovery and case development in medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, nursing home negligence, mass/toxic tort, criminal, workers' compensation, and any other health related injury claim. Marcelle has personally consulted on countless cases in the capacity of consulting expert or testifying expert, contributing as a vital member of the litigation team.
As a registered nurse since 1992, with experience in Acute Care, Long Term Care, and Medical Office settings, Marcelle personally brings indisputable medical diversity and knowledge to attorney clients' medical-legal cases. Her nursing practice in orthopedics, medical-surgical, telemetry, pediatrics, urology, oncology, diabetes, ICU, same day surgery, postpartum/neonatal, long term care, and medical clinics have defined her career. Marcelle has spent much of her career mentoring employees and student nurses in the clinical setting with an emphasis in safe nursing practice according to the Standards of Care while incorporating defensive documentation.
