Legal Medical Link served as nurse testifying expert for the plaintiff in a medical negligence and wrongful death case.  Given the nurses compelling testimony based on review of the case, interpretation of the deviations in the standards of care and facility policies, and the backing of authoritative literature, the defense was inclined to settle the case with the plaintiff.
